1. Heat sealing temperature: heat sealing temperature immediately endangers the heat sealing compressive strength of plastic composite packaging products.

2. Heat sealing time: the heat sealing time of automatic packaging machine or old bag making machine is determined by machine speed. Under the condition of constant heat seal temperature and working pressure, the longer the heat seal time is, the firmer the fusion is. However, if the heat sealing time is too long, the heat sealing position of the composite film will be wrinkled and uneven, which will seriously damage the appearance quality of the product.

3. Heat seal working pressure: in order to ensure the heat seal compressive strength of plastic composite flexible packaging, the required heat seal working pressure is indispensable. Therefore, in the whole process of heat seal, the working pressure of heat seal should be moderate and even.
